  • Misuse of the platform, unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, abusive automation, payment misuse, or attempts to disrupt the service are strictly prohibited.

Payments & credits

Refund Policy

Derived Campus credit purchases and digital service payments are final once successfully completed and allocated.

  • All successful credit purchases and digital service payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Once payment is completed and credits or services are allocated to the student account, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
  • Unused credits do not automatically qualify for refund.
  • Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate payment, failed transaction where money was debited but credits were not allocated, technical payment reconciliation issues, or cases required by applicable law or payment partner rules.
  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed only to the original payment method through the payment processor.
  • Refund review requires reasonable verification of the transaction, student account, payment status, and credit allocation status.
  • Derived Campus reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
